Minimum Requirements

To initiate your search for employment and to be placed by MD Elite Household Staffing LLC, we require the following minimum requirements:

  • Legal to work in the United States (proof of documentation is required)
  • CHILDCARE APPLICANTS: A minimum of 3 years of in-home nanny experience (full-time or part-time) OR a college degree in an applicable field and previous childcare experience in a related field. OR, a college degree and teaching certification/experience plus previous work in a child-related field
  • DOMESTIC STAFFING APPLICANTS: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a private home or estate
  • Excellent and verifiable references
  • A clean, criminal background record and driving history
  • A minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or GED
  • Be a non-smoker
  • Speak, read, understand and write fluent English
  • Willing to make a minimum of a one-year commitment to a position (unless you're hired in a seasonal role)
  • Possess a valid passport (or be willing to obtain one)
  • Possess a valid Driver's License (exceptions made for Baby Nurse/Newborn Care Specialist candidates)
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certified (if your certification has expired, you need to be recertified by the time you start work)
